Ok, so. I had an interesting experience today. I was thinking about a working I'm workin' on, with a theme of protectionish. And a symbol popped in my head. I wrote it down and then later added something to it. I had a feeling it was Norse for some reason, though I don't follow a Norse path at all. So, I scanned it and threw it up on a message board. It looked familiar to me.

So it turns out it IS a Norse symbol of protection. Well, it really LOOKS like the helm of awe.

This is an herbal correspondance table I've compiled for the herbs in my cabinet. I find that its helpful to have an at-a-glance sheet like this for your cabinet. I just tape it on the inside of the cabinet. :)
